Question:
How are bill review fees paid on non-subscriber claims? |
|
|
|
Answer:
If the claim has met the policy accident deductible, the payment is made
from the claim file. Payment is made if the policy has hired ACM to
do check writing on TPA claims.
If the claim has not met the policy accident deductible,
and is not a check writing account, an invoice is generated and mailed to
the insured for payment.
All fees are payable to ACM. ACM will then pay the
PPO in lump sum monthly. Payments and Invoices are usually generated
on the 27th of each month. |
